Get fitted for your custom grillz with a professional teeth impression appointment. We’ll confirm your design details, take your impression, go over pricing, and go over next steps for production. Turnaround time: 4–6 weeks once your deposit balance is paid (due at consult). Good to know: Please arrive on time. Avoid eating right before your appointment. Please brush and floss your teeth.

Your grillz are in! Come and get ‘em! We will make sure your grillz fit and do any minor adjustments that maybe needed to ensure a comfortable fit! Sundays works best but we will try to accommodate all schedules.

Please notes this session is for simple services like 1-3 gems. For designs (butterfly, window, or customs) please select our 30min Tooth Gem (Design) Session. Good to know: Please arrive with clean teeth (brush before you come). Avoid coffee, wine, or staining foods right before your appointment if you can. Aftercare instructions will be provided.

Bring the grillz experience to you! Jem Junkies travels to your location for a Grillz Party (up to 10 guests) to complete impressions + quick consults for custom grillz orders. This appointment is impressions only (no same-day delivery). Turnaround is typically 4–6 weeks after orders are confirmed + paid. Includes mobile setup/sanitation, up to 3 hours on-site, impressions/consults for each paid guest (up to 10), labeling/packaging of molds + next steps. $350 non-refundable booking deposit required to reserve (applied toward party minimum). $1,500 minimum spend required; if not met, the difference will be charged to the card on file. Travel fee may apply; parking/tolls may be added. Extra time beyond 3 hours: $100/hr. Host provides clean table, 2 chairs, bright lighting, and a calm space away from pets/kids. Not eligible: braces/retainers, loose teeth, recent oral surgery, or active dental pain. Perm back retainers are ok.

JemCare Membership — $9.99/month Membership must be purchased before the 30-day warranty of initial tooth gem service ends. Members may book members-only replacement appointments for tooth gems lost due to normal wear (same tooth/same style or closest match). Limit: 1 replacement per month. Cancel anytime. Appointments required and subject to availability. 12-Month Loyalty Reward: After 12 consecutive payments with no replacements used, receive 1 design of your choice up to $150 retail for a $30 co-pay. Must redeem within 60 days. Terms: Non-transferable. No refunds. Not covered: picking, biting hard items, trauma, grinding without guard, poor aftercare, or outside removal. Service may be refused if unsafe. Late/no-show fees apply.

If your gem falls off within 30 days, we’ll replace it at no charge as part of our code of honor, as long as aftercare instructions were followed. Original gem only. Must book within 30 days!
