We value your time and ours. To keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please review our policy below before booking. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit may be required to book certain services and holds your appointment time. • Deposits are applied toward your service total unless otherwise stated. • Remaining balance (if any) is due at your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited. • If you need to reschedule within 24 hours due to an emergency, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion (deposit does not roll over unless approved). No-Shows • No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full to book future appointments. • If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, it may be treated as a no-show. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client. • If you are 10+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule and your deposit may be forfeited. Custom Work = No Refunds • All custom services are final sale. This includes (but is not limited to) custom grillz, impressions, design work, and any custom tooth gem sets. • No refunds will be issued for custom work once services have started or materials have been ordered/used. Pickups • Pickup appointments are time-blocked. If you miss your pickup time, you must reschedule. • Items left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage handling procedures (message us if you need extra time). How to Cancel/Reschedule • Please cancel/reschedule through your GlossGenius booking link or text/call us as soon as possible.
